Here are the original Book Matched Blocks of Canadian Curly Maple used to make the guitar.

Here are the pieces of the guitar neck before they are laminated. The neck is made of Eastern Hard Rock Curly Maple, Dyed Black Holly Veneer and Western Curly Maple. The fret board is Ebony.

The front and the back of the guitar are rough carved on a manually operated three dimensional pantograph. The wood on the left is the mold and the top and the back are being cut on the right.

The wood pieces for the sides of the guitar are sprayed with water and heated while being bent by hand.

After being bent by hand, the wood side pieces are heated in this form using three 200 W light bulbs. After heating, the pieces are allowed to cool.

The body of the guitar is glued together.

The back of the guitar is attached to the sides using a mold.

The back, top and sides are ready to be attached. The top is carved and finished with a hallowed center.
