2005 J-90 Eagle, Brazilian Rose #3 (BR-3)

Guitar of the Month May 2005

“One of my best clients decided to order a New J-90 Eagle Brazilian Rose, if it would come out better than my personal BR-2.
The client chose one of the best Rosewood sets I had, ordered a custom fit neck width, and then I decided to add a little color to the inlay by mixing in some reconstituted stone such as red coral, red spiney, blue river agate, and one piece of clear turquoise.
I also used a finer cut width of Paua abalone for the trim on the back and sides, making it look even more delicate.
I hate to get too attached to some of my guitars when I know they will be leaving me”
